The prestigious ASEAN Business Awards (ABA) is organised by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council to recognise the most outstanding and successful ASEAN companies contributing to ASEAN’s economic growth and prosperity. In addition, ABA also brings to the spotlight promising ASEAN small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have the potential to become global economic players.

Receiving the award at the event held on 12 November 2018, RHT Holdings Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jayaprakash Jagateesan, said, “We are deeply humbled and honoured by this prestigious award. What makes this achievement especially meaningful for us at RHT Holdings, is that our success is driven by one of our core values of being ambitious for our clients, who are largely SMEs, and work towards supporting their success.”

“As a professional services firm, we are acutely aware that the quality of our services is largely dependent on the performance of our employees. This has driven our efforts to inculcate a sense of ownership and empower employees to drive positive change,” he added.

RHT Holdings continues to invest in coaching and career development to improve the professional proficiency of its employees, motivate them to succeed and enable them to see how their individual efforts collectively contribute to the success of the company.

This year’s ABA is coordinated by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), with the support of knowledge partners Ernst & Young and Singapore Management University to ensure a robust awards framework.
