RHT Holdings Chief Executive Officer Jayaprakash Jagateesan shared his insights on how SMEs can future-proof themselves for sustainability in the long with Money FM 89.3
RHT Holdings Chief Executive Officer Jayaprakash Jagateesan shared his insights on how SMEs can future-proof themselves for sustainability in the long term during an interview with Money FM 89.3 held on 13 June. Joining him on Singapore’s first and only business & personal finance radio station was Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) President Kurt Wee.
Commenting on how SMEs can face new challenges, Prakash highlighted that companies facing challenges that they’re not familiar with should bring in a partner. Through collaboration with a service provider who brings in best practices from their experience serving a multitude of SMEs, companies get exposed to new ideas and concepts.
Prakash added that companies don’t have to reinvent the wheel or hire people to take on a certain role, they could instead opt for outsourcing to meet new challenges.
