RHT Chestertons appoints Mr Leo Lo as valuation advisor, strengthening its valuation and advisory capabilities
RHT Chestertons has strengthened its regional real estate and business valuation advisory capabilities with the appointment of Mr Leo Lo as Valuation Advisor effective from February 2018.
Leo brings with him over 15 years of experience in the valuation and general practice surveying industry. Leo has experience in leading and managing several initial public offering (IPO) and merger & acquisitions (M&A) projects in China, Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region, whereby he has successfully advised on the listing valuations for over 50 IPO cases on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange.
Prior to establishing his own real estate and asset advisory firm, Fonto Holdings Limited where he currently sits as the Managing Director, Leo headed the valuation and advisory team of CBRE in Shanghai for five years. On his appointment to RHT Chestertons, Leo shared, “I am glad to be appointed as the valuation advisor of RHT Chestertons, such that I can provide the professional valuation services to the clients with my comprehensive experience in the Asia-Pacific Region.”

Leo attained his Master’s degree in Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong.
