RHT Strategic Advisory has bolstered its corporate structuring, strategic development, fund raising and merger and acquisition (M&A) capabilities with the appointment of Mr Philip Lau as Managing Director.

Philip has over 20 years of experience in international corporate finance and M&A acquired from several prestigious investment banks including Rothschild, KBC Bank and Rabobank in Singapore, Hong Kong and Jakarta.

His diverse experience also extends to advisory roles, such as providing advice to a major conglomerate and family businesses on corporate strategy, corporate development, fund raising and M&A, where he served as a commissioner and board director on some public listed companies.
